All ceiling fans should be installed by a licenced electrician according to the wiring rules.
Ceiling Height
The minimum ceiling height for each fan varies according to the downrod length. The critical measurement is the installed height of the blades. To meet the Australian Standard and the wiring rules, the lowest point of a ceiling fan blade must be at least 2100mm off the floor.

Four WINDS CEILING FANS have a 2 Year IN HOME Warranty and up to a 5 Year MOTOR Guarantee.
SWIFT CEILING FANS have a 2 Year REPLACEMENT Guarantee. (Return the fan with proof of purchase to the store where it was purchased).
