Bulbs (or globes) are not automatically included with your purchase.
There are a number of bulb options for most lights requiring a bulb, and these are often subject to personal preference and taste.
We do indicate in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab on all fittings wheter a bulb is included and a recommended bulb.
Many of our fittings do come with bulbs, and that is indicated in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab as well.

We do offer free shipping to selected areas for orders over $149.
We ship free to most parts of Queensland, New South Wales, ACT or Victoria – for orders over $149.
We ship all orders from our Brisbane warehouse and high shipping costs to some parts of our country mean that we cannot offer free shipping everywhere, no matter what the order value is.
We only ship to the Australian mainland and Tasmania.
You can check the freight cost to you using the Calculate Shipping option in the shopping cart before you go to the checkout.
We do our best to ship all orders from our Brisbane warehouse on the next business day after receipt of payment. When your order is shipped from our warehouse tracking details will be forwarded to the email address you used when you placed your order.
Delivery times vary, but will usually take 4-6 business days to most capital cities.
We will contact you if, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped as promised.
We pride ourselves in our dispatch guarantee, ensuring your order leaves our warehouse as soon as possible. This sometimes means making changes or adding to the order is difficult.
If you need to make a change to your order you can email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day you placed the order and we will do what we can to help you.
Sorry, once the order has been processed and payment made the coupon code cannot be applied to that order.
But, the coupon is good for use with your next order, so keep it handy for your next purchase and enter it in the SHOPPING CART or at the CHECKOUT.
Unfortunately, not all items are returnable.
Non-returnable items include:
Fittings SOLD “AS IS” like Factory Seconds.
You may return an item that you bought from us, within 30 days of the order date.
The item must be returned to us in its original condition and the supplied packaging so that we can endeavour to re-sell it. If you choose to return an item, we will refund you the purchase price of the item, less the cost of the freight (to send the item to you and to have the item returned from you, to our warehouse). If your order was sent free of delivery charges and you choose to return one of these items, our actual delivery costs (to send the item to you and to have the item returned from you, to our warehouse) will be deducted from your refund.
Sorry – if an item has been installed it cannot be returned under this guarantee.

If you have received your order and despite our best endeavours it has arrived damaged, broken or faulty we will replace what is damaged. Please complete the form here and we will respond within 1 business day.
If you live in Southeast Queensland you can exchange your purchase in one of our stores. All you need is your delivery docket supplied with the goods, and the item you wish to exchange. Call into your nearest store and they will help you. (It may help to call ahead to make sure they have what you want in stock).
Our lighting and associated products have a 12-month warranty from date of purchase.
If something has gone wrong with your light please fill out this form and we will respond within 1 business day.
This warranty does not cover globes included with light fittings, and applies only when the fitting is used for its intended purpose, in a domestic residential application. This warranty is for our products used only within Australia. If a fitting requires installation, the warranty only applies if it is installed by a licensed electrical contractor. This warranty does not cover installation or removal costs or any transport costs associated with returning product.
